This can involve support during the outsourcing cycle at any stage of the procurement and when reviewing IT contract bids to ensure that the client will receive best Value for Money (VfM) and service quality from any future deal. This could also include major internal programmes such as cloud migrations or digital transformations.
ImprovIT provide independent evidence, market data and expertise that supports the programme. This gives the executive assurance that the correct approaches have been selected and executed with the overall aim that the programme is delivered on time and on budget.
This support focuses on providing assistance and guidance along with knowledge, expertise and techniques to help the client be more effective in the governance and management of aspects of the programme. By reviewing project and implementation plans and providing advice to the client (and suppliers as appropriate) along with conducting assurance reviews of plans and progress at various intervals during the programme, ImprovIT works very closely with the client to ensure all risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.
ImprovIT attends and contributes to regular programme board meetings and other strategic groups as required and mentors the team throughout the process and journey.
